Cats made it fit to be a den and made it so it would facing the sun most of the day so it was light inside. There is one perfectly round dip where the Leader sleeps.

![[ ]](http://s1.images.proboards.com/off.gif) | Apprentices' Den The apprentices' den is smaller then the warriors, but basically the same. There are shallow dips that can be lined with moss and are basically the same size as the warrior nests, so can support two apprentices in one nest.

Sun shines in most of the day and when bad weather comes, the queens and pull the ferns, bracken, and gorse together to keep out the snow and rain.
